2. Paid Consultation Policy
By booking a paid consultation call, you agree to the following:
Payment must be made in advance via our secure Stripe payment form.
All consultation bookings are final and non-refundable, unless the meeting is not delivered as agreed.
You must schedule your call using the provided link after payment. Failure to book a time slot within 7 days may result in the session being forfeited.
If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate business/store/account information
Following the instructions and processes shared by AutomateKart
Communicating respectfully and professionally
We reserve the right to terminate services if clients are abusive, unresponsive, or violate any of these terms.

4. Payment & Billing
All services are billed in USD through Stripe. By purchasing any service, you agree to:
Authorize AutomateKart to charge your selected payment method
Accept and understand the nature of our one-time and recurring services (where applicable)
Pay any applicable fees, taxes, or third-party costs associated with the services

5. Dispute Resolution & Refund Policy
We strive for full client satisfaction. However, in case of disputes:
All issues must first be addressed via email at support@automatekartllc.com
If a resolution is not achieved, we may issue a partial refund or store credit at our discretion
Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in an immediate suspension of service and potential legal action
For Stripe disputes, we provide sufficient documentation of service delivery, communication, and consultation logs to protect both our business and clients

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees
While we use proven strategies, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or performance results. Market conditions, client cooperation, and external platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) may impact results.

7. Limitation of Liability
AutomateKart is not liable for:
Any losses resulting from platform policy changes or account suspensions
Errors caused by third-party tools or suppliers
Delays due to incomplete client onboarding or lack of communication

8. Privacy
